Should you be interested in becoming a client, we will then ask for more information. All clients will need to provide information related to identity. For those interested in our buying service, they need to provide information related to their search criteria, family situation, source of fund, and payment method. For property management, clients need to provide information related to property ownership and bank details.

The information allows us to provide you with the service and advice requested. The level of information requested varies by the type of service and advice.
3. How long do we keep the information for?
We are legally obliged to keep the information for at least seven years.
4. Do we share the information with anyone?
For buying service, we may have to share certain information with estate agents and property owners in order to secure a viewing appointment, make an offer and move the transaction forward.
We may share certain information with third parties such as agents, subcontractors, mortgage advisors and other professional service providers in order to perform and improve the services we provide but it shall be on the basis that these parties keep the information confidential and secure.
We or these third parties may contact you by post, email or telephone to seek your feedback and comments on our services.
